For the selection of the eligible candidates, Data Entry is done in two different stages. a) There are 26 fieldfs in the application form b) Among these 26 fields only 8 fields are entered in the first phase of Data Entry. Install the software. 2.If your school code is not found in the software copy the minority acccess file from the given software and paste it in the programme file project 1 . 3.Write the application numbers allotted to your school on each of the application form with a marker. 4. We can retieve any students application form from the bundle easily using the application Number. 5. Verify the datas after entry Take the print out of the report and publish on the notice Board for verification. 6.
